Pat Ferguson
Parish Nurse, RN (Retired)

After completing a BA at Queen’s University in 1974, I entered and completed my Diploma of Nursing at Ryerson in 1976. I finished my MBA at McMaster in 1982. I have worked in a variety of nursing positions off and on over the years. I have been a member of St. Aidan’s faith community since 2002.

After my retirement from the South West Community Care Access Centre in 2011, I answered the call to integrate my nursing background with my faith to become a Parish Nurse. I graduated from the Parish Nursing Program offered by InterChurch Health Ministries in November 2015.

I work closely with Kevin and Anne and the ministry is supported by a dedicated health cabinet.

Over time we have integrated Prayers for Healing several times a year into our weekly worship services as well as offering a yearly healing service in May for those living with Mental Illness.

I am blessed and thankful to be a member of this faithful community.
